About

"Your heart is the size of an ocean. Go find yourself in its hidden depths." - Rumi

The Enso symbolizes impermanence and possibility, reminding us that growth emerges through change. Unique Ensemble was born from my family’s journey of discovering our neurodiversity, celebrating individuality while fostering connection—honoring our uniqueness while growing stronger together.

Each person’s story is shaped by struggle, strength, and the longing to reconnect with their True Self. My journey in supporting others began over 30 years ago as a family arts and nature educator at Belvedere Castle in Central Park, NYC. Over time, this evolved into a deep commitment to support individuals to rediscover their strengths and honor their unique experiences.

As a paper artist with a strong connection to nature, I integrate creative expression and somatic practices into my work. I believe healing and growth happen in many forms—through movement, stillness, creativity, and connection. Grounded in compassion and a strengths-based approach, I offer a space where you can find clarity, resilience, and a sense of home within yourself.

What I Beleive In

My work is rooted in compassion, inclusivity, and empowerment, creating a space where you can show up as your whole, authentic self. I offer an identity-first, affirming perspective that honors each person’s unique strengths and lived experiences—without judgment or pathologizing.

I believe that healing is a journey—one that is deeply personal, non-linear, and shaped by your individual life experiences. Together, we will explore ways to reconnect with your strengths, navigate challenges, and cultivate growth in ways that feel meaningful, sustainable, and aligned with who you are.

Focus

Finding Your Way

My intention is to offer a welcoming, inclusive space for healing, growth, and self-discovery. Rooted in anti-oppressive practice, I support your journey with empathy and empowerment, honoring your experiences without labels or judgment.

Healing is not a single leap—it is small shifts in direction that, over time, create new pathways forward. Like using a compass to navigate, subtle adjustments lead to profound change.

My approach is informed by systemic, relational-cultural, positive psychology, and trauma-informed lenses, centering on your strengths and inner resources. Often, survival strategies are developed in response to past challenges, but they may no longer serve you. Together, we’ll explore these patterns, realign your direction, and develop new, effective strategies for growth and resilience.

By making space for the present, you gain clarity and courage to let go of what no longer serves you—allowing you to move forward with intention and confidence.
